The college has more than 50 on-campus training centers including the advanced Intelligent Emulation Urban Rail Transit Technology Training Center and Railway and Bullet Train Comprehensive Training Center; Urban Public Transportation Operation Intelligent Management Training Center, Automobile Inspection and Maintenance Technology Training Center, the college also made joint efforts to build Intelligent Transportation Research and Collaborative Innovation Center.

More than 70 productive training bases have been established off-campus through school-enterprise cooperation. Chongqing Public Traffic Group, Chongqing Railway Group, Chongqing Railway Group, China Railway Chengdu Group Co., Ltd., Guiyang Urban Rail Transit Co., Ltd., Nanning Rail Transit, Chengdu Shuangliu Public Transport Investment Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Taizhou Public Transport Group and other large enterprises are both the internship base for college students and employment base for graduates. In addition to domestic employment, graduates are also employed in Saudi Arabia, Mecca, and Japan who are welcomed and praised by employers.
