1. Please book the flight ticket   or train ticket to the college (Chongqing) in advance according to the  registration time of our college. If the student can’t register on time,   please inform us by email (cqgyzy@sina.com)or fax of the reason and the time for your   registration. Otherwise, your scholarship or admission will be abolished.

2. Our college can only offer the pick-up service for free  to the students who win the  full Mayor Scholarship  of Chongqing Municipal Government and full Silk Road Scholarship, but the  student must inform us the flight number or train number, or the exact  information of arrival at least 5 days in advance by E-mail. Students  who arrive in advance or delay, can choose to go to college on his own or let  us arrange the pick-up service.

3. Self-supporting students can also ask for the   International Student and Foreign Affairs Office to arrange the pick-up service with the payment of 210 yuan; the expenses of inter-school agreement exchange students are processed according to the  agreement.
